HPS Trust was set up with a founding donation from  local residents Richard and Rogy Nelson. The sum of £1 million plus £280,000 Gift Aid allowed the Trust to be established and its work to support the students and teachers of Holland Park School to begin.

The Trust 's Annual Accounts are prepared by RSM UK  Tax and Accounting Ltd .

HPS Trust - The Holland Park School Charity - is subject to the rules of the Charity Commission.
