HPS Trust was set up with a founding donation from local residents Richard and Rogy Nelson. The sum of £1 million plus £280,000 Gift Aid allowed the Trust to be established and its work to support the students and teachers of Holland Park School to begin.
The Trust 's Annual Accounts are prepared by RSM UK Tax and Accounting Ltd .
HPS Trust - The Holland Park School Charity - is subject to the rules of the Charity Commission.
Since inception an average of £125,000 has been distributed in grants each year. To learn more about projects that have received Trust funding, see PROJECTS on the Home Page.
The Trust is currently aiming to raise £100,000 each year in order to secure its future and expand its activities.
Under HMRC's Gift Aid scheme the Trust can claim 25p in every £1 donated.
Donors who pay higher-rate UK tax can reclaim 'higher-rate relief' on their annual self-assessment tax return .
